Pershing Avenue is a street in northern Woodland that runs north-south between West Keystone Avenue and Beamer Street. Pershing Avenue becomes 2nd Street when it passes south of Beamer Street.

Pershing Avenue is situated east of Yolo Street and west of Palm Avenue.

The city has planted street trees along both sides of Pershing Avenue. The street trees include the invasive weed species Purple-leaf Plum/Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) and Flowering Pear/Callery Pear (Pyrus calleryana) but also one species that is native to Woodland: Modesto Ash/Arizona Ash (Fraxinus velutina). They also include English Walnut (Juglans regia), Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica), Chinese Pistache (Pistacia chinensis), London Plane (Platanus × hispanica), and Saw-leaf Zelkova (Zelkova serrata).
