The John Packard Library of Yuba County features computers and wireless Internet services, bookmobile services, a law library, a California Room for genealogy and local history, a Community Room for renting meeting space, children's services and outreach programming, books by mail for qualifying disabled people, inter-library loan, and reader advisory consultations upon request.
