The Standard Tribesmen were a five piece garage punk band with rockabilly influences. The band was originally called "The Standard Tribesman" before the group expanded. They played shows in Sacramento, Davis, and the Bay Area. You can get a more precise understanding of their sound at their Myspace page, linked below. They disbanded in 2009 but have a 7" s/t on Mt. Saint Mtn. records and a digital release.
