Michael L. Harrigan was a World War II veteran. He was a son of Michael W. Harrigan and and Lauretta Aubrey Harrigan of 1 Dorchester Road.

SARANAC LAKE -- Michael Harrigan of 25 Prospect Ave. died Sunday evening at the General Hospital after a long illness.
He was born on June 29, 1924 in Springfield, Mass. the son of Michael and Lauretta Aurbrey Harrigan.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Commo, two sons Michael P., Timothy T.; a daughter, Lauretta Mae; a brother, Ronald; a sister, Mrs. Leo (Bernadette) Derby, all of Saranac Lake, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Harrigan had been employed at the C.C. Studios for 17 years until his illness in 1968. He was a World War II veteran.
A bible vigil was held Monday at 8 p.m. at the Fortune Funeral Home.
A Mass of the Resurrection was said this morning by Rev. Timothy Chambers at St. Bernard's Church. Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery in May.
