College Street and North College Street together run north-south across the full length of Woodland, exactly halfway between West Street and East Street (half a mile from each of them). This makes College Street the longitudinal center of town, equivalent to how Main Street is the latitudinal center of town. However, College Street is not a County Road and does not extend outside of town, so it tends to be of somewhat reduced importance compared to the streets that are County Roads.

College Street becomes North College Street north of Beamer Street.
